Growing up on a farm in South Australia’s Eyre Peninsula, Nick Price had a dream to get back to the land. Instead of wheat, he chose grapes and wine. When the perfect parcel of land became available at McLaren Vale, Nick jumped at the opportunity. Price’s Wines vineyard is 40 acres of prime grape production in an ideal location, sitting on limestone Terra Rossa soils.

Nick (and his wife Amanda) have always enjoyed a good bottle of wine.
There’s something special about that moment when the first drop hits the glass, promising a moment to savour. Nick was determined the Price’s Wine brand would become synonymous with the best the McLaren Vale region has to offer. The Price’s Wine vineyard consistently produces quality grapes nurtured to be bursting with flavour. As well as great grapes, Nick has sourced some of South Australia’s finest winemakers to produce Price’s Wines.

Price’s Wines is looking forward to expanding our offering in coming years. In 2018 we will release our Block 3 Shiraz. We will continue to produce our popular Block 5 Cabernet Sauvignon. We will always aim to produce wine to please the palate! We’re not trying to be fancy or elite, we simply want to create wine that you can enjoy with friends.
